We’re excited for our annual Fields Beach Camping Trip at San Onofre Campground on MCB Camp Pendleton, happening September 11–13.

The Fields is a church family that values life in community, and this weekend is a great chance to do just that—camp together, surf, swim, grill out, share s’mores, and enjoy unhurried time with one another.

Base Access (Important!)
Because the campground is on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, every visitor age 18+ must pass a background check. Adults who have not been cleared by base security will not be allowed on base for this event.

When you register, please be prepared to provide for each adult in your group:

  • Full name
  • Driver license info (state and DL number)
  • Date of birth

Your driver license must be a REAL ID. If you don’t have a REAL ID, you may use a passport instead.

If you don’t have a REAL ID, a regular driver license, or a passport, you may still qualify for base access with all three of the following:

  1. Original or certified birth certificate (with raised seal)
  2. Social Security card
  3. Non–REAL ID driver’s license

All documents must show the same name (or a former name that is connected through legal name-change documentation such as a court order, marriage certificate, or divorce decree).

Registration

Group Campsite
Please register every adult and child (age 4 and up) in your family/group.

  • Cost: $58 per adult, $53 per child (age 4+)
  • Additional fees:
    • Pets: $4
    • RVs on the group site: additional $50
Note: If you’re camping on the group campsite, don’t forget to add RVs and/or pets as registration add-ons.

Individual RV Sites
A limited number of individual RV campsites (with water, sewer, and electricity) will be available.

  • Cost: $200 per site (flat rate, regardless of the number of people)
  • We are initially counting on at least four of these sites being available.
  • Additional sites may open at a later date.

If all RV sites are taken, please register for the waitlist, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you if more sites open.

Meals

We’ll provide two shared meals, included in your registration:

  • Friday dinner – September 11
  • Sunday breakfast – September 13

If you’re willing to help prepare or serve these meals, please select the appropriate “Meal Volunteer” add-on during registration.

Campground Policies

  • Arrival: No earlier than 2:00 pm on your arrival day
  • Departure: Campsite must be vacated by 11:30 am on departure day
  • Pets:
    • Allowed on campsites
    • Not allowed on the beach
    • Must remain on a leash at all times
